At our manufacturing facility, the safety of infants and children is our absolute priority. We operate a fully equipped, in-house Quality Control (QC) Department dedicated to validating product structural integrity before any item leaves our factory floor. Our lab is specifically designed to conduct strict mechanical and physical performance evaluations that meet and exceed rigorous European (EN71) and USA (ASTM F963) safety standards.
Our specialized testing center maintains distinct, organized environments for multiple stages of stress testing. Our facility features advanced technical equipment engineered to simulate real-world play and accidental impacts, ensuring every rattle, teething accessory, and stroller toy remains completely secure and hazard-free.



Our primary in-house testing capabilities include:
- Precision Drop Testing: Essential for ensuring toys do not break into small, hazardous pieces when dropped. Our dedicated drop testing station utilizes calibrated wall-mounted height markers and controlled drop bins to simulate repeated impacts from various heights onto standardized flooring.
- Mechanical Tension & Force Testing: Our mechanical bench stations, are equipped with heavy-duty vices and pull-test apparatuses. These tools measure the exact tension force required to ensure small component parts or fabric seams cannot be detached by a child.
- Impact & Torque Testing: Utilizing the specialized mechanical gear shown on our testing benches, we subject structural points to intense localized force, ensuring high-impact resistance under pressure.
